Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Olyahan Collective, operating the Alicia Lov website and fan communications (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit alicialov.com, use Alicia Lov’s music and pre-save links, sign up for emails or text messages, or otherwise interact with us online.
We are based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, city or country, communication preferences, and any information you voluntarily submit through forms, signups, surveys, messages, contests, or other interactions.
When you use Alicia Lov’s website, pre-save links, smart links, or related online services, we may also receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser type, device information, operating system, referring source, pages or links viewed, streaming-service selections, pre-save activity, and campaign interactions.
Feature.fm, for example, may collect device, browser, IP-derived location, campaign-interaction and release-related information, and collects personally identifiable information such as email only after an end user opts in. Feature.fm
How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to operate and improve alicialov.com; send music releases, show announcements, artist news, newsletters, presave reminders, and other updates you requested; send SMS messages where you have opted in; understand audience growth and campaign performance; personalize fan communications; manage contests, events, offers, and merchandise-related communications; maintain security and prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and respond to inquiries, access requests, or complaints.
We only collect, use, and disclose personal information for purposes that are reasonable and appropriate in the circumstances.
Email and SMS Marketing
We send promotional email or text messages only where we have an appropriate basis to do so, including consent where required.
You may unsubscribe from email marketing using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to a marketing text or using any other opt-out method provided with the message.
Canadian anti-spam rules apply to commercial email and SMS and generally require consent, sender identification, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. CRTC
Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from keeping information that we are legally required or reasonably permitted to retain.

Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed. Alberta privacy guidance specifically requires organizations using service providers outside Canada to disclose this practice and provide a contact who can answer questions about it. Alberta.ca
